These terms govern access to Lion Academy, including its website, educational membership, recorded lessons, live educational sessions, resources and community features.

Educational service

Lion Academy provides general trading education. It does not provide personalised investment advice, brokerage, managed accounts, trade execution, custody, guaranteed returns or a promise of financial performance.

Membership and billing

The founding membership is billed at the price and interval shown at checkout. Unless cancelled, recurring memberships renew automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout. You can manage or cancel your membership through the membership and payment tools provided with your purchase.

Refunds

Any refund rights or limitations are governed by the terms presented at checkout, the payment platform rules that apply to the transaction and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Acceptable use

Course materials are for the member's personal educational use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit Lion Academy materials without written permission.

Trading risk

Trading and leveraged financial products can result in substantial losses. Examples, charts and simulations are educational illustrations and are not promises of future outcomes.

Changes

Lion Academy may update course materials, schedules, features and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
